Terms of service

Please read before using the admin workspace.

These Terms of Service govern your use of API Devel, Seosementara CMS, and related operator tools. By accessing the admin workspace or using provisioned domains, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Service description

We provide a multi-tenant content and marketing operations platform, including admin access, domain provisioning, publishing workflows, short-link redirects, and optional first-party measurement features. Specific capabilities depend on your license tier and configuration.

Acceptable use

  • You are responsible for content published under domains you control.
  • You may not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, violate applicable law, or attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation.
  • Automated access must respect published rate limits and authentication requirements.

Accounts & access

Credentials and invitation links must be kept confidential. Domain owners approve collaborator access. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk or materially breach these terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and emergency mitigations may occur. Certain visitor-facing features (such as edge redirects) are designed to remain available during brief upstream outages where architecturally possible.

Intellectual property

The platform software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors’. You retain rights to content and data you upload, subject to the license needed for us to host and deliver it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the admin workspace or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
